pampers product declining quality and lack of communication

<p>Please bare in mind im not contactable by phone during the day. I laid a complaint about pampers on their Facebook page on Monday, early Tuesday I was told someone would contact me it's now Thursday and I have still heard from no one but what's made me more frustrated is the fact that I've had to deal with a problematic nappy again this morning because of this I tried to email the address provided on the nappy bag( *** ) and you won't believe but it doesn't seem to work! I got a undelivered email response. So now see where my frustration is. I've had not one but TWO bags of pampers size 4 that after one wee the outside of the nappy becomes damp and then obviously so do his clothes. Im 100% certain it doesn't leak out the sides and it's definitely not a fit issue. This just shouldn't be happening! It's very frustrating, pampers isn't the cheapest brand so you expect good quality and customer service yet that's not happening, we going through so many extra nappies because of this problem!
