Pampers Premuim Care

Pampers premium care is become a problem the nappies break and there is gel everywhere and my baby is getting rash now. This is now the 3rd box and I'm getting the same problem but now I'm just fed up and I mean pampers premium care is not cheap to waste like that. I'm really considering to change the brand even when I take it off, then the gel is against my babies. When I send this matter to P&G there told me the is nothing they can do
