Pampers Premium Care quality does not match the price

My issue is with Pampers Premium Care. On the 12th of April I was disappointed to find a defective nappy that had a missing fastening tape. I immediately contacted them on the social page instagram but to date my issue has not been resolved. My child is 8 months now and we have been loyal to pampers from birth. I would think they take care of their loyal customers.
