Pampers premium care nappies quality

I have been using Pampers premium care for almost 4 years now on my two kids. The last couple of Pampers premium care No 4 and 5's (About 8 boxes) quality is appalling. The nappies keeps on tearing between the legs and release the absorbent all over the cot/floor. I am not happy with this and there must be a quality issue. please respond at [Email Removed]
