Pampers nappies have disappointed me

I'm so disappointed with the latest size 5 Pampers pants I bought for my son. It seems as though they were not properly manufactured as the seams on the sides have been detaches causing all the gel within to come out. My son doesnt even last 2 hours in it, which has never happened before. The wetness is felt on the bottom of his vest

This box has Arabic or such a language on it and bought from a baby city, so my assumption is that it's the same exact product I normally buy.

Please consider changing back to the old formula as this one is definitely not working.
