pampers gel breaks through when baby wets himself

I'm very disappointed with Pampers.I buy pampers nappies every month for my baby who is 1year and 6 month old but I have a constant problem with pampers he wets himself out through the side of nappy nd the gel constantly breaks through nappy.I very disappointed because now I have to use more nappies everything time he wets himself nd gel lays everywhere.this vey same complaint I put on complaints board last week the 19 june 2015.I have still not received a response from pampers.
