Pampers' false claims **** from their leaking "double protection" nappies

I have a 2 year old toddler and 3 months old baby both of them are using Pampers nappies. I am livid and fed up of having to wash clothes with poo and wiping poo from their legs because of Pampers nappies that are constantly leaking and tearing on the sides! I raised this with them because I was tired of buying their expensive nappies and not getting value for money. Firstly they took more than the promised 72 hours to collect nappies and investigate my case. Then they tell me that they will send a R350 voucher for when I bought the nappies for both children for more than R550. They are insulting because they responding as though they are doing me a favour when they are the ones with damaged goods. I thought would get a proper solution to their faulty products but they probably saw my surname and thought we will just give her a shut up voucher, if my surname was different they probably would have climbed mountains which is the disease we have in South Africa. I need a speedy solution to this because I'm experiencing their problematic product almost everyday, otherwise I will escalate this further.
