Pampers: Disgusting Service

Im disappointed in Pampers product. I bought Pampers new baby dry Jumbo Pack, inside they were atleast 10 diapers with a factory default. Then I decided to put my complaint to their care center, which was good Tiffany Hare took my concerns. A month later I decided to follow up on my case and I received this response from Thandeka "We are not prompted to collect the diapers currently. As advised if 2 weeks passed and we have not collected the diapers, this means the batch numbers was sufficient for the internal investigation"

Pampers are you insinuating that I am lying? I still have those nappies, and I'm not going to throw them away until we get to the bottom off this. I bought nappies that I couldn't use, that it a total *******.
