Pampers diapers are terrible!

I have an 8 month old baby and Iv been using pampers premium from the time she was born. She now on number 3 and both batches Iv bought are terrible. The inside crumbles and i change them every 3hours. It smells like urine when it isn’t even full and still has a yellow marking. It’s absolutely disgusting.i do not want to use pampers again after this awful experience.
