Bought the mega box of pampers premium from the Baby city sale (28/09/2023), the left adhesive of the pampers is defective. Called Pampers and reported this, all was going well with their responses then boom today 11/10/2023 there is *****ulent information provided. What is this *****ulent information? The packaging colour is not what they have from the brown box but The LOT number belongs to them, how am i to know how now why aqua coloured packages came out of their brown box when it should be white packages? The LOT number confirms it is their product and they are accountable for its quality. The fact that they acknowledge mistakes and offer vouchers to compensate, means mistakes do happen and their product quality gets compromised.
