Pampers baby nappies...

I dont know if pampers baby nappies will get this but anyways... I have a 6 months old baby boy. I purchased 2 packs of size 2 nappies and 2 size packs of size 3 at jet n1 city. The size 2 was perfect but the the 3 was another thing. The valcro wouldn't stick and bcs of that she had to throw almost the whole pack away. I phoned the customer care number and spoke to a lady and she said that I would get a voucher in the next 24 to 48 hours and I also said that they can come and fetch the nappies because its know use for us. But she said I must give the batch number which I gave and she said they'll do an investigation and come back to me. But to make my long story short im still waiting on a reply, a voucher or for them to come and collect the nappies of which we cant use and that was a month ago... I dont have the reference number anymore of when I called customer care... so thats all I got to say. Thanks pampers....
