Pampers active is no longer quality nappies

Ive been using Pampers sensitive on my baby since he was born and every now and then i will try the Pampers active however they always seem to break and I end up going back to the extremely expensive nappies. My baby would have his nappy on for anything between 30min and if we lucky 3 hours and even if there is only just a tiny bit of wee in the nappy it will tear on the sides and leak out the absorbent material causing such a mess.the other problem is that sometimes when u open the flaps to close a nappy that was just put on the flap will break off and there you waste an entire nappy. It feels to me that the quality of pampers active has been compromised in order to make the pampers sensitive that much better. the quality of Pampers active should be an embrressment to the brand.
