Pampers a dangerous product for our babies

I am truly disappointed and completely shocked when I found this sharp metal like object in my baby's Pampers no. 2 nappy this is very dangerous I can't understand pampers pride themselves in putting a baby's need first but look at what is inside the nappies for a mom who doesn't notice this and let her child wear the nappy could lead to a cut and if the baby is exposed to this daily it could lead to terrible cuts. I am not the first mom to complain about this issue and it should be addressed as a serious matter. Again as a mom who trusted your product I am truly disappointed and concerned.
