PAMPERS

I am a mom of set of twins that are 4 months old, we had purchased x2 pack of Pampers nappies one premium which is "Supposed" to be the best in the pampers brand as it is certainly the most expensive range of the brand, and the other pack is the dry care, this came to value of R499.98 to be exact.

for a 3 nights in a row our twins were soaked so much so that we had to change their clothing, we had contacted your call centre to issue a complaint, however we have been greeted with the most disrespectful staff including the Manager Thumela Kilani, she had told me that the she was called out of meeting to discuss my issue, My dear Thumela you are a Manager for a reason and that is to deal will escalations, if you do not like that then you need find a different career which does not involve customer interactions. For you to tell me that I care more about the vouchers than what you have to say is an embarrassment to Proctor and Gamble SA. we were issued with a R300 voucher to buy more pampers and it was said to me that they are not entitled to give the full amount, as the voucher is a gift( which is utter nonsense), however you expect the full amount when we purchase these nappies.

I am disgusted with the way you treat your customers Proctor & Gamble SA, and will for sure be moving over to Huggies...
