Pamper Premium Care nappies break

I am using pampers for the past 4 years, when my first boy was born. I never had a problem with the nappies, but now with my second boy the nappies (and especially pamper premium care nappies - I am using number 4) breaks and the gel are leaking out of the diaper almost with every nappy. I originally thought that I just bouth a bad batch, but it happens with every pack that I buy. <br>
