Pamper - Poor Quality

I have recently bought Pampers Jumbo pack size 4+ nappies for my 2 year old daughter. Every nappie used was of poor quality by sight and use by my daughter. After one passing the nappy seems to break inside . I even tested using no more than 150ml of water and does the same thing. I am disgusted as this is not the quality of such a expensive brand and it got to the point where my daughter developed a rash. I cant even give this to anybody as i wont want other kids too be affected - this is not the stores problem where i bought it from but the manufactures. truly disgusted as i trusted this brand but their trust was broken by their own doing
