Not a care in the world from Pampers and Nthabisen

Below is the email I sent to P&G in regards with the shocking state of their product. I have not received any correspondence in return and since then 4 other parents have informed me that Pampers has horrible quality issues with a a MO of no response. So Huggies here we come and I will NOT suggest this product.<br> <br> We are also not the only parents having issues with your product and to be frank I'm extremely disappointed with the quality you provide. I know of two more parents that have had the same issues and after being sent from pillar to post, they gave up hope and just moved to another product. I find it shocking that this would be how your customer care conducts itself, but after having purchased at least 4 packets of defected diapers from your company (All of which we do not still have) I will not be taking this likely. I trust this issue will be resolved in a timely fashion and taken in a serious light as my next stop would have to be an escalation to head office, Hello Peter and anyone ells willing to listen. The sad part is that we selected your product based on the assumption that we are paying a premium for quality, which at this stage does not seem to be the case.
