New Pampers active nappies leaking!

The new pampers active is leaking, sent an email to pampers but they have not responded as this was my secong pack and thw nappies leak however the nappy is not full at all.....thinking of changing to huggies Gold....pity as I always used pampers even with my first child never had any issues.
