Ne response from complain email s

I have a bad batch of pampers diapers which does not absorb the urine.<br> <br> I've sent an email through their Procter and Gabble website as instructed by their call center, I've sent and email through the pampers website and I've sent an email to the email address that is on the Pampers pack.<br> <br> Neither one of the three responded to my complaint.
