nappie does not turn to gel and leaks

we called the customer service helpline on Wednesday 10-06-2015 and reported that the pack of nappies we purchased leaks and does not turn to gel. The response we got was a courier company will fetch 5 nappies ( costing approximately R3 each = R15 ) from us to take back to the supplier and test.<br> The courier company has not come to us to date Sunday 14-06-2015.<br> What are we to do :<br> 1. use current nappies and let the baby's urine leak all over the place ???<br> 2. Purchase another pack of nappies ( nappies are not cheap ) if we buy another pack of pamper will the urine turn to gel ???<br> 3. Toilet train a 1 year old ???<br> 4. Hope that the rest of the nappies keep our baby dry.<br> 5. Stop giving the baby liquids <br> <br> On the pack it states 2 dry zones and up to 12 hours dryness.<br> Our baby gets up with her clothing wet and cries because of her clothes are wet.<br> <br> The fact that pampers does not have a field Representative who testes nappies on site with an immediate on site replacement of defective nappies means that pampers has a lot of defective nappies resulting in there late response rate. <br>
