Lose elastic on the side

My baby is 15 months she been using Pampers ever since she was born. The problem is this is a second time this has happened the elastic side gets lose which makes my baby wet. I mean really this is so annoying and pampers are expensive. I am definitely changing to another brand if doesn't stop and I have pictures.<br> Barcode ***<br> ***8 S ***9
