Leaking Pampers Nappies

Good Morning

I’d like some assistance please. My wife reported a case to Pampers on Facebook that the nappies we’ve been using are leaking. Instead of getting assistance and a possible resolution she’s instead been riddled with meaningless questions

Questions like how many times does she changed our daughter per day, does she apply bum cream, when did our daughter start using size 2 nappies? What does that have to do with the fact that the nappies you produce and sell to us are faulty? She reported this on Sunday and all Pampers has does is just ask question after question after question.

We’ve provided Pampers with more than enough information, all we’re asking for now is a resolution on your side
