Issue with Ariel pods used in Auto wahing machine

I am using Ariel washing powder pods and I find that the batch I am currently using leave a substance behind like jelly (when hot) and when it is cold it turns hard and it leaves a plastic feeling to clothes and linen

Has anyone else found this issue?
