Interview Fail

This company claims to have integrity and respect for all as their core values however fails to treat applicants with some dignity. You can not call an unemployed graduate for an interview, waste they time and money yet fail to communicate the outcome of the interview.

P and G does not even make an effort to answer your phone calls or respond to your emails. They will literally ghost you, then months later send you a generic, automated email that the post is no longer available, what does that even mean?... so all these peak performance factors are just for show and mean absolutely nothing when dealing with insignificant, poor, little applicants. Values are not something you put on your online page and forget. Values must be integrated in your daily running of your company. If you reject a candidate after an interview, send them a response hastily, indicating the reason for the rejection and put their name on the damn email.
