Insufficient stock - problems with the machines

Whenever pampers run a special with major retailers they can never supply enough stock for everyone to benefit from the deal until the deal is over then stock magically appears on the shelves ,as per Ethan at Pnp there is something wrong with the manufacturing machines at pampers ,this is unacceptable so much for the 2 jumbo packs for R299 deal at pnp ,and this always happens
