inferior pampers pull ups

On the 21/05/15 I sent an email with photos complaining of the problems I experienced with a jumbo pack of pampers pull ups that I bought. The pull ups were splitting on the sides when I was putting it on for my daughter, there was side leakage as well. I included all details like her weight and age so that it was evident the pull up was appropriate for her.I was told it would be collected or an envelope would be sent so that I could post some of the nappies to them. To date I have received no feedback or reimbur*****t. I'm sitting with a three quarter pack of pull ups that I'll have to throw away.
