Incorrect diaper size in box

I recently purchased a No 5, pampers Mega Box, only to find that the box contained the No 4 size diaper instead. I called the Reggies store in Beacon Bay, East London where I purchased the diapers, they in turn advised me to contact the P&G call centre for assistance, which I did. I was told to take pictures of the Box, contents and bar codes and forward to them, which is did on the 25/03/2015, I have had no response from P&G since.
