I bought 224 baby wipes with the wrong packaging, I use sensitive ones but inside they’re perfumed, when I contacted Pampers they gave me a voucher which I tried to redeem online and failed then I went to the store they told me it’s invalid, Pampers told me it was redeemed online, Dischem told me these voucher can only be redeemed in store, and when I escalated the matter with P&G they made me wait for over 3 weeks to send some rude girl to tell me that they can’t assist me, i forgot to mention that they sent someone to fetch the wrong ones, I’m so disgusted by this kind of service, they just lost a loyal customer.
