I just want my voucher

Ref ***3 since last year I have been waiting for vouchers that was issued to me for defected products yet no one is interested in helping me. Everything I call your call center helpline I'm told that you are waiting for the post office and you guys will call me back but I don't ever recieve a call back. It's not my problem that you guys did not confirm the address with me before you issued the voucher to my bussiness address that doesn't receive door to door post. So don't say it's my problem and I don't appreciate hearing that from your help line whenever I call in. What sort of a bussiness are you guys running? No one is willing to take responsibility. I called again today and I wanted email confirmation that you guys was looking into it but still have not received an email from you guys.
