I am very disapointed in pampers

Hope all is well

I bought 4 packets of Pampers Premium care pull up pants last week at Dischem waterfall mall in Rustenburg since I started using them the diaper is still empy but it opens on the side and the gel stuff comes out it gave my son a really bad rash I am very disappointed in the brand as I only believe in Pampers ,I have 2 nappies I kept as evidence .

Please attend to this as soon as possible
