Highly disappointed in quality

I've been using pampers for the past decade as it has always offered quality. Recently I don't know what has happened with that quality. Diapers tear easily, the sticky parts don't stick or are missing and contacting customer service with regards to quality, all you do is repeat yourself. If you're having a baby anytime soon or shopping gifts for friends rather use a different brand. Pampers has officially gone to the dogs!!!
