Head and shoulders false adverti*****t bull**** customer service.

I am absolutely ****ing shocked with these people's useless ****ing service i used their head and shoulders product, and i have been using it for year now, because it works. 2 weeks ago used the head and shoulders and a left it on my scalp for a while i washed it off, my scalp was on ****ing fire like it made blisters, i had to go the next day to the Doctor i had to take half a day off at work, the Dr even booked me off there was yellow puss coming out like when you get a grass-burn. So i hoped Procter and Gamble and i send through the relevant pictures of the product and everything i even send through the medical bill i have that was OVER R1000 all that they said they can give me R180 voucher. It is less that 10% then what my medical bill was because of THEIR PRODUCT, have a look at their adverti*****t it clearly states their that their products is good and healthy for a persons scalp. It obviously is not i was so embarrassed by the flakes and the brusing on my scalp that i had to wear a hat for 3 days at work. And the lady said to me over the phone do you want the voucher or must i close the case? I told her after a heated argument do whatever you want to. After that i phoned head office i thought they will be able to assist me. They are just as useless and said the case is closed. We live in SA *** must a person but with a voucher of R180 can't even buy proper nappies. So what it comes down to is that i did them a favour for phoning them and report the problem they obviously didn't do me favour at ****ing all. They have false adverti*****t on their products. And these ****ing people get away with it, something has to be done or needs to change what if i lose all me hair now because of their ****ing product? No i will take this further.
