feedback on procter and gamble and HDI complaint

I was mistaken in my claim above in two ways: the points I made were not factually correct and also do not reflect the specifics of my sister's case, but rather broad generalisations. I withdraw my comments as they were not fully informed and I did not realise that the matter was being attended to, and is now resolved to my sister's satisfaction.
