Faulty pampers nappies

Complaint: my 3 month old son is wearing the #3 pampers and having once again purchased my preferred brand - pampers - I noticed that the nappies are faulty. I changed my babies nappies when I noticed gel all over the bed, not once but a few times after a few changes. When I search for the pampers complaint details there are none. Is pampers so pompous and/or self assured that no one will complain or is it in the hopes that pampers, being the more expensive brand, is running away from reimbursing and or correcting their wrongs. I'm very disappointed and would like recompense for these manufacturing faults.
