Faulty Pampers Diapers

Hi, since my 15 month old boy was born I use Pampers Active for him. I used to love the diapers and was good quality. Lately I've been finding more and more nappies in each pack that give problems, for instance tearing open on the side and the gel comes out even though the nappy is not really wet. <br> <br> The last Mega box I bought I found that 2 of the 3 packs inside was faulty, the elastic around the legs would come loose after my baby was in them for not even 5 minutes and also the problem with the gel. I phoned them and the lady was asking me don't I leave the nappy on for too long, I change my baby's nappies regularly. They took the batch numbers and said they would contact me within 14 working days. Yesterday I received a call and they said they traced the batch numbers and there is no fault on their side, but they will post me a discount voucher. I am very disappointed, I spent a lot of money on Pampers and they wont even replace the faulty nappies. Well you have lost another customer.<br>
