Faulty nappies Stitching loose gel falling out

I bought 4 packs of Giant pack pampers black Friday. The first pack was fine but the second pack is not. The stitching is loose on the nappies, when we put it on its fine but all of a sudden we will see the inside of the napping falling out. we thought maybe it was just that one or two but now its everyone in the pack is like that. we have had to through away some nappies that was not even wet because the insides fall out.

We woke up to that gel like things in our bed, my sons cot, even in my cars.

I am extremely disappointed we had this issue before with my daughter. that why with my son we changed to Huggies but we bought the pampers while on special and then decided that we will continue to use the pamper but now it seems that we need to change back.
