Extremely bad quality

I am really disappointed with the quality of pampers this year. First I get a packet where a few nappies could not be fastened as the tape was not attached. Then in another packet half of the packet the nappies were small, they were not the proper size. And now I have and the pleasure of yet another problem where almost 90% of the nappies in the pack constantly tear and the insides fall out. What the hell is going on? We pay a lot of money for these things and then we still have to deal with poor quality. I am disgusted and disappointed in Pampers. I should rather buy Huggies for my kids. This is pathetic!
