EMPTY PROMISES

<p>For 8 years and 4 kids later we religiously bought Pamapers Nappies, beacuse we believed in the product, price was no object here.....On a few occasions we get the "odd", "flawed" nappy in a pack without tie strips and we still over looked it.</p> <p>It happened again in November 2016, where we found a couple like this in a pack...I called then mailed Procter Gamble to inform then of it and absolutely received the Best Customer Services Ever!!</p> <p>My call was greeted with "How can we fix this"...but it was just an empty promise... :(</p> <p> </p> <p>I was promised vouchers, which never arrived, i was then given sad stories about there being a delays and since then it just went "DEAD!!!!</p> <p>Quite frankly i called to report the fault, i didn't as for Free Vouchers, but if you going to promise then at least deliver....</p> <p>I feel so betrayed...8 years of loyalty and all i get is empty promises!!!</p> <p> </p>
