Durcel batteries damaged phones

We bought Durcell batteries and these leaked into our phones and bases damaging them beyond repair. I phoned and they said they will collect the phones for testing. They collected 1 April 2015. It is one month later and they said that they have to pay us out for the phones as the batteries did indeed damage them. I was told to get 2 quotes, i did that same day. When i phoned to find out what is going on they said i had to get the same make of phone quotes. I explained to them that AEG phones were no longer available in South Africa. They said if i can not get the quote they will not be able to pay me out. This is rediculous i can not control the stock of phones. It is their duty to replace the phones for the same value regardless of the brand. I find this very unacceptable this is been going on since March and to date we are no where closer to sorting out. WE are a business and 3 of us have to share 1 telkom phone plugged into the wall.
