Dissatisfaction with product

So ottrey pick and pay had a special with there pampers nappies 2jumbo packs for R299 . I bought 4 bags ant when I started using it I noticed something was wrong the nappies was not sticking properly and the constantly leaked . I then contacted pampers on there website to complain because I could not use the nappies as they did not work properly and I have never had thus problem before . I got a standard response from Philile Mthembu<br> Customer Relations Agent apologizing for the gel on my baby bum. What the hell. I didn't complain about that all I want is a refund or for them to send me the nappies I paid for if I wanted cheap nappies I would have bought a different brand
