Dissatisfaction of the Aloe Range diaper

I recently purchased the Pampers Newborn Aloe range and have been using that since my baby was born and previously had no issues with it since I highly recommend pampers and it has always been first choice even on my previous baby. I logged a complaint via Facebook because my baby had a sudden rash after I purchased that specific jumbo pack at a local Game Stores. The response i got from a lady called Tiffany didn't make any sense i was comp about the sudden rash occurring on my baby and she literally told me i must not use bum cream on every diaper change and I should consider using the Premium Care range and up the size. Frequent leaks occur mostly once your little one has outgrown the absorbency of the diapers before the fit. Based on the information you have shared, I am pleased to hear that you change baby within the correct time frame and that you untucked the leg cuffs when changing the baby. Keep up the good work.

I would however like to suggest that you move your little one to a size 2 which will accommodate the baby's urine capacity and weight range and stop the leaks.

Research has also shown that the usage of bum creams affects the absorbency of diapers. Please try applying a thin layer of bum cream and not with every nappy change, perhaps every second to third nappy change. My response My concern is not about the leaks perhaps you misunderstood its the nappy rash occurring on my baby and dissatisfaction of the product from what it used to be... Size 2 is still big for my baby size 1 is perfect just not happy with the diaper giving the baby nappy rash.

The range you are using contains an extract of Aloe which some babies react to. If you are open to it, please try moving your little one to the Premium Care range which has active ingredients that will help relieve baby's reaction and prevent any recurring reactions in the future.

Im really not happy considering the fact that How do you advertise your Aloe range as No Rash but you are saying the Aloe extract can make the baby react?????? The aloe is supposed to sooth the baby not make the baby react!
