Disgraceful pampers

I am utterly disgusted in the service I have received . A lady phoned me that you guys will give me a R100 coupon, when I have spend way way way more on the **** quality nappies that I got. I asked that a manager phone me but still no call. I will be going yo hellopeter with this. This is not acceptable at all!!! I payed more than R400 for 2 packs of nappies and they want to give me a R100 voucher!!!!!!! That is really disgusting to say the least!!!
