Disappointed with p&g service

Am dissatisfied and dissatisfied bcz I’ve laid a complaint in February about the pampers diapers that were giving me problems ive sent the images requested on the email but since then i never received anything from them.they advised i stop using the diapers immediately but wat to use to buy new pack. They said they will come n collect them i waited and ended up discarding them 4 months later.no communication nothing.

I am still waiting for my 2 coupons to get a my new 2 packs to replace those ones.
