DISAPPOINTED NEW MOM

I am SO fed up of ALL kinds of Pampers nappies. I've used the standard nappies and the pants for my 1 year old. I always thought that Pampers was the best quality but I get packs of nappies that keep on leaking gel. HOW is it that this happens so often? It is EXTREMELY dangerous and incredibly annoying - I have a baby on the way as well and what if one of them get a hold of it and put it in their mouths? It goes EVERYWHERE, it's a complete nightmare. Last night I changed my boys nappy and the gel was stacked up in his trousers and was coming out from the bottom and went all over my house. I've had it up to HERE and I expect some kind of explanation or my next baby will NOT be a Pampers baby.
