Defective Pampers Pants...Waste of Money !!

This is the second pack of Pampers Pants that I have purchased that have nothing but defective nappies. The one side fits perfect and the other side has no elasticity which causes leakage from one side within minutes ! For a product so heavily priced the quality is absolutely pathetic. Is there no quality checks that are done before products are sent out ??? I mean this is not what I've paid for by far.
