damaged pampers that leak

I have been buying pampers ever since my baby was born 10 weeks ago, but to my surprise and disappointment the pack i opened a few days ago have a lot of damaged nappies. They leave and i have to change her every 2 hours or so. I am very disappointed with this not to mention the money i have lost. I need this to be sorted as soon as possible as i am now in the mind of changing to huggies. I am a aingle mother and i cannot afford such.
