Damaged goods

On the 28th of January 2016 I had purchased a megabox of pampers, size 5. Sad to say the diapers wasn't in a good condition, I couldn't open each diaper because the plastic from the sides where stuck on the inside. I thought maybe it's 1 or 2, but it was the entire box that had this defect. I can't understand how such a big name can provide useless goods for their customers. I am totally disgusted to say the least.
