Customer service ghost client

I am so annoyed by the customer service department

I sent a mail over two weeks ago, complainong about not 1,not 2but 3packs of pampers 50 aloe diapers size 4

Shoprite had a promotion on them, I bulked buyed only for about 10 diapers to not work

It is extremely frustrating when your changing your 1year Olds diaper and it won't stick

Then to top it all off, after having a diaper on for 3/4hours it leaks through

This is not holding up to the brand

The customer care mailed and asked me questions only to ghost me and never reply.

How does this actually get resolved? I offered for them to collect the unused diapers that don't stick and the packs

No reply.
