Concerned and annoyed

I am a mother of two daughters my, one is 34 months and one is 19 months, I have never had a problem with your 5 nappy until my last three purchases. the nappy tears and takes out all the contents inside??? have you compromised the quality? what is the problem? every single time I change her nappy I need to be careful of the same thing, her day care teacher tells me the same story. please rectify.
