Compromised quality

We have been very disturbed with the latest quality of the pampers premium care diapers , I've been buying diapers of the premium care range ever since my prem baby was born whilst using Number (0) . She is now 1year 9months and recently purchased diapers at the new "Baby City" balito branch, we have come across 3 diapers now that tear of at the point where the two ends stick i don't think quality should drop as this is a premium product we pay for if price is not compromised i do not expect to receive a product which is . Kindly get back to me as soon as possible with feedback as I did take pictures of the damage itself with the Poland serial number , Thanks in advance for your acknowledgement and rectification on this matter.
